I became Dr. Rebecca's patient less than three weeks ago, and I am so thankful to have 'discovered'    her. The staff at the Wagner Centre is outstanding, and they are obviously a reflection of excellent training. If you are looking for a high-quality periodontist, look no further. Dr Rebecca Wagner brings a remarkable level of meticulous detail, knowledge and expertise to every appointment. Beyond the outstanding clinical care, the entire staff is warm, helpful, and attentive. I have never felt comfortable having dental work performed, but the office environment and staff set a calming, professional atmosphere that puts me at ease, from start to finish. Surgery part good. Continue to have trouble with food getting between the front teeth and my appliance. Ugly. If in public. I go to bathroom  to rinse.  Sometimes the eye tooth seems sensitive. 1 of 2 Reviews: Tooth extraction. OUTSTANDING. The Tooth Fairy better get a different job. I have had half my teeth pulled over the last 40 years – all with terror and the aftermath of long recoveries. This time was 1000 times better than expected.  The tooth extraction came with a bone graft and part of my 5 implant posts while I slept. The next day, there was zero pain or issues like it never happened and I could carry on with my life. Might have cost me a few dollars more than the regular pulled tooth, but I HIGHLY recommend going this route. 2 of 2 Reviews: 6 implants/crowns. SPEECHLESS. I used OUTSTANDING in my last review. My journey started in December 2025 with a referral from a friend. I met Dr. Wagner who walked me through a tooth extraction and 6 implants so I could chew food again (I had a lot of missing teeth). I did not go looking for another option/estimate because I was sold. She is professional, her staff is very personable, and the equipment far exceeded my dentist who provided a similar cost months before.  I had two issues during my tooth journey with exceptional outcomes: 1. Instant response. One of the healing caps came off (was thinking it was the post – what do I know), which Dr. Wagner warned me could happen. I was able to contact Dr. Wagner within 20 minutes on a weekend. She put us at ease, and I went in for her to fix it. 2. Instant decision maker. Tooth #13 (last crown) was a troubled soul that didn’t want to play. I had a few problems with this one, but Dr. Wagner provided a way forward each time that finally got it done.  My observations and a reason to make an appointment at The Wagner Center. 1. Personable staff (from the ones that worked with). Grace with a constant smile and a conversation as she greets you before every appointment.  Adri who always laughed at my unusual humor during my appointments. And Jessaca, who cleans my new teeth while sharing tales of her family. 2. Knowledgeable staff. I’m old and ex-military so this one might be strange to most. I believe every moment can be teaching moment. Like a “training” hospital, I can’t remember any other service that someone like Dr. Wagner takes the time to mentor her staff. And I’m not sure if it’s really mentoring, but more of a genuine desire to improve their future opportunities. Anyone can order a bunch of parts to put into your mouth and give you a bill.
